Our partner, a wholesaler of pet food and accessories, wanted to develop and expand its activities. The design task was carried out as a generic designer. The design programme was drawn up together with the client. The planned building is two-storey with a basement and 800 m2 of usable floor space. The basement is used for storage and production, the ground floor for shops, and the first floor for offices and service apartments.

The challenge was that the client had long-term plans for further expansion and change of use of the building, so the possibility of this had to be taken into account when installing the building. We gained expertise in how to accommodate several independent functions in a building without interfering with each other.
