The new building will be built on the Rákóczi road site of the PTE Faculty of Economics, in a free-standing way in the southwest corner of the site.

The structure is a single monolithic reinforced concrete frame system with filling frame ceramic walls. The sediers rely on the monolithic reinforced concrete undersized system running through the pillars, like multi-support plates.

The rigidity of the building is provided by the combination of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and the designed steel bracing system with monolithic reinforced concrete pillars and a system of sedires. On the main transport and evacuation route between the levels, prefabriated reinforced concrete board steps are made. Our task was the complete static design of the building.
